About us
The Humans behind Clearly AI
Clearly AI was founded by security and privacy engineers who saw firsthand how slow, manual reviews stall innovation and increase risk.
Our mission is to make the secure path easy. Clearly AI reviews every product built or bought by the enterprise.
Our Vision
"AI for security/privacy reviews" is a literal description of what we’re building, but it doesn’t capture the full declarative vision.
We are rebuilding how regulated enterprises decide what's safe to ship.
A person who chooses to come work here, out of all startups, is someone who wants to fully leverage AI to improve security and safety at a systemic level across critical industries: financial services, energy, telecom, automotive.
There is something to prove. There is a destiny to realize. It sounds trite but AI will actually make security an enabler like nothing that came before. Security engineering in 2036, like many jobs, will look nothing like how it has in the past. It’s going to be a lot more fun and a lot more interesting and look a lot more like wizardry, or managing a legion of agents. What AI transformation looks like for security will be defined by people like the ones at this company.
Our Story
While reviewing hundreds of critical applications at Amazon, our founders saw teams struggle with complex, fragmented security and privacy workflows. Clearly AI was built to change that.
